From kids to college students to busy professionals – a pack of noodles is an easy and convenient way to satisfy those hunger pangs in a tasty manner. However, most of the processed noodles available today aren’t exactly good for health, but we still crave some instant, slurpy goodness from time to time! So what do we do? Go for the healthier option of course, like our Garlic Soya Noodles Recipe!
Ingredients:
Little Moppet Foods Soya Noodles – 180 g (with 15 g taste maker)
Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tsp, Chopped
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Spring onion greens – 2 tbsp, Chopped
Method:
1. Heat water in a pan. Once it comes to a boil, add Little Moppet Foods Soya Noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Drain the water and keep the noodles aside.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
4. Once the oil is hot, add garlic and cook for a minute.
5. Add taste maker, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli flakes and cooked noodles and mix well.
6. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
